This case study highlights the challenges and solutions of Thomas Cook Hotels & Resorts through the development and introduction of a new international franchise hotel concept. The aim was to successfully implement the brand in 20 hotels across 8 countries, increase guest satisfaction, and promote sustainable growth in the market.

CREATION OF A SCALABLE HOTEL OPENING HANDBOOK USING EGYPT AND CROATIA AS CASE STUDIES
In the globalized world, opening new hotels is a complex task that requires careful planning. This case study describes the project of creating a scalable handbook for hotel openings for MP Hotels, which are part of the FTI Touristik AG. Using Egypt and Croatia as case studies, a comprehensive and adaptable handbook was developed to ensure the maintenance of high operational standards.
